Who We Are
Little Sparrow Gallery is a creative space built on collaboration, curiosity, and a deep care for the work that often lives quietly at the margins.
Located in downtown Canton, Ohio, within the Kirk Schuring Business Development Center, Little Sparrow Gallery is part of an incubator initiative by the Stark County Minority Business Association—a space designed to nurture ideas, amplify underrepresented voices, and support sustainable creative businesses. We are proud to grow alongside other innovators committed to strengthening the cultural and economic fabric of our community.
At its heart, Little Sparrow Gallery exists to support creatives in a community-centered environment. We believe art and literature thrive not in isolation, but in conversation—with other artists, with readers, and with place. Our gallery is intentionally intimate: a space where original artwork can be seen, handled, discussed, and lived with, alongside local authors who inspire and engage.

Featured Creatives
Currently, Little Sparrow Gallery showcases the work of ASC Creative, led by author and artist A. Gantz, whose writing, art, photography, and videography form the foundation of the gallery’s creative vision. This creative space is dedicated to fostering a community-centered environment where local authors can thrive.
We are also proud to feature:
Jos Tate, a middle-aged author whose debut children’s and middle-grade series, Atlas Adventures, is forthcoming. The series is illustrated by A. Gantz and centers on themes of curiosity, resilience, and discovery.
Sterling Cross, whose debut fiction series Black Ink offers a fresh perspective and a distinctive narrative voice. The series features cover design by A. Gantz and explores contemporary themes with depth and urgency.
